Dr. Rolf B. Wolfrom, DDS, PA, was born and raised in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania. He graduated with surgical honors from Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree.

Dr. Wolfrom’s residency training was done at St. Francis General Hospital in Pittsburgh. The specialty program emphasized the following:
  • Facial trauma and reconstruction
  • Orthognathic (jaw) surgery
  • Bone grafting
  • Pathology
  • Temporomandibular joint surgery
  • Implants
  • Facial Cosmetics

He began private practice in the West Palm Beach area in 1983. He is a board certified surgeon as a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a Fellow in the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Southeastern Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the Florida Society Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is also a member of the American Dental, Florida Dental, Atlantic Coast Dental, and Palm Beach County Dental Associations. He is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

Dr. Wolfrom has served as Chief, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the St. Mary’s Hospital in West Palm Beach and has served as a hospital member on the Surgical Evaluation, Medical Records, and Operating Room Committee. In 2007, he served as President, Florida Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He has also served the Society as a board member and trustee as well as been Chairman for Committees on Hospital Affairs, Constitution and Bylaws, and Scientific Sessions. Dr. Wolfrom also won two awards as Committeeman of the Year for 2005 and 2006.
