Initial Consultation
Your appointment with Dr. Wolfrom will consist of a consultation that explains your diagnosis and treatment options. Occasionally, surgery can be performed the same day as the consultation. All patients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation visit.
Please provide the following information at the time of your consultation:
- Any dental X-rays, CT scans, or MRI scans if applicable
- A list of all medications you are currently taking
- A list of your physicians and their phone numbers
- Any dental or medical insurance information
Please inform Dr. Wolfrom if you have any medical conditions that may be of concern prior to surgery (i.e, artificial heart valves and joints, a history of a heart attack or chest pain, etc.) or if you are currently taking any medications (i.e. heart medications, Blood thinners such as Aspirin, Plavix, Coumadin, and Bisphosphonates such as Fosamax and Actonel.)
