At Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of the Palm Beaches we make every effort to provide you with the most convenient financial options. We will work with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered dental and medical procedures. The dental plans that we participate with are the following:
Aetna, American Dental Plan, AmeriPlan, Ameritas, Assurant, Carrington, Cigna, CompBenefits, Delta Dental, Guardian, Humana, Metlife, Principal, Unicare, Blue Dental Choice, Safeguard, Jefferson Pilot, United Healthcare, Florida Combine Life, Solstice, Dentemax.
The medical plans that we currently participate with are the following:
Aetna, Cigna, AvMed, United Healthcare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield Medical and Medicare. We are constantly becoming partners with several other medical plans, so please call us to get an updated list.

Pre-Determinations
We can submit a pre-determination of benefits to your insurance company to help you verify your coverage before surgery. Results from pre-determinations may take several weeks depending on your insurance company, and it is not a guarantee of payment.
